Pacific Blue is seeking to divest a portfolio of renewable energy development projects, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind power, and pumped hydro energy storage (PHES).  

Pacific Blue requires the services of a specialist Capital Advisory Consultant to lead and manage a structured two-stage sale process. The objective is to maximise transaction value, ensure an efficient process, and engage credible, strategic, and/or financial investors.

Pacific Blue is seeking a qualified service provider to provide Managed Security Services, via an Operations Centre (SOC) service to provide 24×7 monitoring, detection, triage and incident response across our environment. 

The objective will be to improve threat visibility, reduce mean time to detect, mean time to respond (MTTD/MTTR) as well as to strengthen compliance with relevant standards and regulatory obligations.
