Jay Zhang – Chairman Appointed as Chairman of Pacific Blue on 25 September 2023, Mr. Zhang previously held the position of Deputy CEO, Australia before assuming the position of Director of International Business Department and Director of Global Talents Centre of China Power. Mr. Zhang Ji (Jay) has over 20 years of engineering and management experience in a variety of industries including clean energy, peaceful use of nuclear energy and healthcare. He previously led a team managing 6.8 GW capacity across 8 regional companies and more than 1600 global employees at China Power. Jay also contributed significantly to SPIC Overseas from 2018 to 2021. Jay holds two Masters' degrees in Nuclear Energy Technology and Business Administration from Tsinghua University. Wenting Sun – Non-Executive Director Appointed as Non-Executive Director of Pacific Hydro Pty Ltd in 2026, Ms Wenting Sun brings extensive experience in international energy investment, project development and asset management, with a focus on renewable energy projects across European markets. Ms Sun currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of International Renewable Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Deputy CEO of Shanghai Electric Power (Malta) Holding Co., Ltd., where she is responsible for overseas renewable energy development and active asset management. She has led the development of renewable energy and storage opportunities across a number of European markets, including solar, wind and battery storage projects. Prior to her current roles, Ms Sun held a range of international business and project development positions with Shanghai Electric Power, contributing to major energy investments and infrastructure projects across Malta, Montenegro and Hungary. Ms Sun holds a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Tongji University. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of CPA Australia. Qiang Sun – Non-Executive Director Mr. Qiang Sun was elected as the full-time Director of Pacific Blue in March, 2023. He has over 15 years experience in overseas renewable project development and asset operation management, strong communication and coordination ability, as well as significant experience in the communication and coordination of the Board of Directors. From June 2016 to February 2023, Mr. Sun served in various positions under China Three Gorges International Corporation (CTGI), as Deputy CEO and later on CEO and Executive Director of CTGI Pakistan Wind Power Company, with an additional post as Deputy CEO of CTGI South Asia Renewable Investment Ltd. Prior to joining CTGI, he served at China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co. Limited for 9 years, starting as an engineer, and ending with the position of Senior Supervisor of Planning and Investment. Mr. Sun holds a Master's Degree from the University of Wollongong in Australia, and he is CEng of IET and a registered engineer for the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering. Abbie Yang – Non-Executive Director Appointed as Non-Executive Director of Pacific Hydro Pty Ltd in February 2026, Ms. Abbie Yang was recommended by China Power International Holding Ltd (CPIH). She has been with the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) since 2007 and currently holds a senior leadership role within SPIC International. Ms. Yang brings over 20 years of international experience across energy investment, project development, and corporate governance. She oversees overseas governance and management across SPIC International’s Central Asia and Latin America Division, focusing on governance, compliance, and risk management, as well as supervising regional subsidiaries and stakeholder engagement. She has worked across hydropower, thermal, wind and large-scale solar projects. Ms. Yang holds a double degree in Commerce and Humanities from McMaster University, Canada.
